Ten Day Movie Challenge. Day 1-10

Ten day movie challange
Catie Muller nominated me for the 10 day movie challenge. Every day I will select an image from a film that has impacted me and post it without a single explanation, and nominate somebody to take the challenge. That’s 10 days, 10 films, 10 nominations, and 0 explanations.

I cheated and put all ten in one post. These are ten of my favorites. I have so many that it was hard to choose.

This was so fun, Patt! (I've been following on FB, and I really should have "liked" more than I did. It's interesting that Sidney Poitier is in four of these movies. :-) The only one I can't place is Day 5.

Five was The Dead Zone. Trying to pick ten was hard.

That picture is terrifying but the movie is about seeing the future. It’s a Stephen King book. The book is good too .

Seven and Nine are two of my faves, too. I like the last one, too, but it's not one of my faves.

There are so many films to choose from making it very hard.

I only know the second one (and even it, I haven't actually seen...) If everyone was like me, there wouldn't be a film industry! :-)

Based on your icon, though, I can make a guess at 6.

Your not a big movie person. Do you like music?

Not really. I like some easy listening orchestral music, but haven't liked much in the vocal line since singers like Val Doonican and Andy Williams, The Association and the Everley Brothers were 'top of the pops'. In other words, singers of the 60s and 70s.

I love 60’s music. The older the better for me.

Yeah. Once we moved into the 70s we moved into the era of screaming rather than singing, and very unmusical 'music' Oh, I don't tar all the singers with the same brush, there's been the odd song that's been catchy enough, but back then most songs were worth listening to!
