The Snowflake Challenge: Day 11

Day 11

In your own space, talk about your creative process(es) — anything from the initial inspiration to how you feel after something’s done. Do you struggle with motivation or is it a smooth process? Do you have any tricks up your sleeve to pull out when a fanwork isn’t cooperating? What is your level of planning to pantsing/winging it? Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.

I struggle with everything. I'm constantly asking a dear friend of mine for story ideas, because sometimes I can't even come up with those. And then other times, I write five stories a week and they come to me from anywhere. So I have found that if I'm struggling, it's best to take my time and just try and relax a little bit. Then the story might come to me easier that way.

I used to love doing artwork for the different Fandoms, but my tremors have gotten so bad that it's almost impossible to do art. I try, I really do, but usually I'm not happy with it. I have finally gotten to the point that I accept the lack of artwork now and have moved on. I really miss it. But I still adore seeing other people's artwork.

But another thing I have happened upon, is I get a super good story idea, sometimes like 1000 words that I know I can't write it like it should be and I send it to my friends, Kate and Sheila. That would be Katef and Bluewolf. This seems to make me very happy, so I will accept this and do the best I can with ideas. :)
