I haven't updated in some time...

now you'll all be sorry. Well I was walking one mile a day and then I got out of the routine and didn't walk for ten days. Well I'm back in the routine again except that this time I'm walking two miles a day instead of one. It's been eight days now and it's getting a little easier. Believe me, I think I'm dying at the end of the two miles at 3.4 miles per hour. LOL I'm such a wuss. Rod bought me one of those little portable DVD players and I stick a DVD in and watch one episode of a series each time I walk. I watched two of Due South last week and plan on watching another today. :) (Thanks, G.) I'm watching all sorts of shows. It's fun putting in different ones every day so you don't get bored with anything. And the two miles really goes fast watching the little screen. So my goal is to get up to three miles, but I'm not pushing it right now. I'm taking my time to get there. :) There were two days this last week that I was able to walk 2 1/4 mile, so I know I can get there, I just have to take my time. So that's what's going on with me.
