I'm using the damn treadmill and since Monday I've walked one mile each day. I'm hoping to work up to 2 miles each day soon, but I'm still so out of shape it isn't even funny. We have a room that has nothing but the treadmill in it, it has a ceiling fan and it's just a perfect workout room. And why wasn't I using it before? Because I'm friggin lazy, that's why. :) The treadmill is a really nice one, but I'm only using the basics right now. I'll work up to the fancy part in time.
