Slings and Arrows!

A friend, hi grey853, sent me her DVDs of Slings and Arrows for two seasons. I finished the first season and found myself having to say I think I might like Shakespeare after all and Paul Gross is one of the finest actors around, as far as I'm concerned. If you get a chance to see it, please do. You'll be glad you did. You laugh, you cry and you fall in love with the arts all over again. There isn't one person in the show that isn't good. Thank you again, Grey. I owe you big time. I can't wait to see the second season.

Have a great Friday.

Hugs, Patt

You're more than welcome. I'm so glad you're liking it. I hope tons of people buy season 1 so they'll be more inclined ot put out season 2 on DVD.

Paul Gross as Geoffrey is absolutely stunning in this role. Lets you know that DS is no fluke. The guy's not just a pretty face.

I've heard a lot of good things about Slings and Arrows but have never seen it. I agree - Paul Gross is an excellent actor. (And I always have to put a good word in for Callum Keith Rennie, another DS veteran - I think he's one of the best actors I've ever seen.)

Callum Rennie is, indeed, one of the best. I adored him in WILBY WONDERFUL, a great Canadian film.

I'm so glad you got a chance to see S&A, Patt. Season 2 is even better! As for Paul Gross, he is my absolute favorite right now. Yum. Pretty and talented. (He writes, directs and produces, too, althought, not S&A.)
